Responsibility for Safety
- I am aware that outdoor treasure hunt activities involve inherent risks, including the potential for personal injury or death.
- I am voluntarily participating in these activities and assume all risks associated with my participation, including the risk of personal injury or death.
- I am responsible for my own safety and the safety of my group, and if any minors under 18 are included in my group, their safety is the responsibility of the accompanying adult.
- I agree to inform the rest of my group about all the risks associated with these activities. I will also communicate that they are accepting responsibility for their own safety, the terms of this liability waiver, the safety guidelines provided by the Company, and their right to opt-out of participation if they choose.
SeekersCode’s Safety Measures
- The Company takes all reasonable steps to ensure the safety of participants, including risk assessments, safety guidelines, and relevant resources.
- However, the Company cannot guarantee the safety of participants, and I understand that there is always the potential for unforeseen risks.
Waiver of Liability
- I hereby release The Company and its agents from all liability, actions, claims, damages, costs, or expenses arising from my participation in the activities.
- I also agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Company from any loss, damage, liability, or expense, including legal costs, due to my participation in the activities.
Severability
- If any provision of this Waiver is held unenforceable by law, it does not affect the enforceability of the remaining provisions.
