The body of Mr. Ludo Franklin, head of Auckland Council’s Urban Regeneration Unit, has been discovered floating in the Karanga Plaza Pool (affectionately known as Brownie’s Pool)—right in the heart of Viaduct Harbour.
The city is in shock.
